  • Reservations are scheduled on a first received first scheduled basis. Please verify, using the reservation calendar, for the facility availability status before submitting a reservation request.

  • The use of the reservation form is manditory. Telephone reservations are not accepted.

  • Please verify your reservation(s) using the online reservation calendar after, one working day, to verify the reservation accuracy. Please call the reservation coordinator if there is a reservation problem. (514) 398-3193

  • Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance.
  • The reservation coordinator reserves the right to move or alter a reservation if the resources in that room is not being used and another group requires such resources. Bumping may occur in order to accommodate important meetings that require the special capabilities and features of the the particular facility. In such a circumstance arrangements may be made for alternate space for pre-booked meetings.

  • It is the responsibility of the person or coordinator requesting these reservations to keep track of their reservations and Building Services requests.
  • The person or coordinator requesting these reservations is required to cancel any reservation, a minimum of one working day in advance, if the facility is not required.

  • It is the responsibility of the meeting coordinators to send a cancellation form if the meeting has been cancelled.

  • Charges will apply for symposiums,¬† or other related international¬† events. Please consult the Neuro reservations coordinator (514) 398-3193 or email:
  • Various facilities have restrictions concerning the consumption of food and drink within the facility.  If these restrictions are not respected then you may be banned from using the facility in the future.

  • The meeting coordinator is responsible for informing the meeting participants of the facility policies and restrictions.

Inappropriate use or damage to the equipment
or facilities will lead to a loss of future access
