All reservations must be made online, using the "Submit a Reservation Request" form.  Your reservation should be posted within three working days.
Reservations may be made up to one year in advance.
 

A reservation can only be changed provided you have first cancelled your initial reservation by filling out and submitting the  "Cancel a Reservation Notice"  form online, followed by a new reservation.  The new reservation will be made using the "Submit a Reservation Request" .Your change should be completed within one working day.

There are no charges for MNI staff local meetings. All other users must pay user fees for the facilities and/or for AV services.

You may request additional equipment for you event by indicating as such on the Reservation Request Form.

A technician may assist with, or provide technical support for your event provided a has been requested on the Reservation Request Form.

NOTICE! Reserving a facility does not automatically include AV support.
